XZelenzia2024–2026Case study
From the factory floor to the Amazon listing
Private-label brands on Amazon FBA: identity, packaging, product photography and campaign imagery generated and retouched with AI.
The project
The brief
XZelenzia started in Bollullos de la Mitación in November 2024 as a private-label business on Amazon FBA. We imported straight from the factory in China, which meant the product arrived with no identity at all: a plain box, a badly translated manual and no usable photography. Everything a buyer would ever see of the brand had to be built from scratch, and it had to exist before the first shipment reached the warehouse.
That whole layer was mine. I designed the visual identity and the packaging for each brand, built the product set and produced the complete listings: the white-background hero image to Amazon's spec, in-use secondaries, dimension infographics and A+ Content. When the catalogue started growing faster than the studio calendar, I brought AI generation and retouching into the lifestyle shots — the product in the frame is always the real one, photographed; what gets built is the world around it.
Alongside that I ran the brand on social — Instagram calendar, reels, stories and Meta Ads campaigns — plus supplier relationships and inbound container logistics. It is the project where the full cycle, from factory sample to paid ad, went through my hands.
My contribution
- Designed the visual identity and packaging for each brand, from the box die-cut to the instruction leaflet.
- Built the set and shot the full catalogue: white-background hero, in-use secondaries and macro detail.
- Produced the Amazon listings end to end, with infographics, A+ Content and an image order built for mobile decisions.
- Generated and retouched the lifestyle contexts with Gemini (Nano Banana), keeping the photographed product untouched and replacing only its surroundings.
- Planned the Instagram calendar — reels, stories and carousels — and ran the Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handled suppliers, imports and logistics, from sample approval to Amazon warehouse intake.

The product is never touched: it is shot, masked on luminosity and dropped into a scene built around it for the campaign.
An Amazon listing is decided with a thumb. If the hero image does not explain the product without a single word, nothing else matters.
